Kathy Cooper joined Beach Community Escrow I in 2010. Kathy has been involved in the Escrow Industry for 24 years and is a certified escrow officer. She comes from a long line of family escrow officers and worked at her family's escrow company in Huntington Beach for over a decade. She strongly believes in quality customer service, reliability and hard work.
Outside of escrow, Kathy is a mother of 2 and has been married to her husband for 20 years. She has been a resident of La Palma for 15 years. She is an avid volunteer for Little League Baseball & the PTA. She graduated from Villa Park High School and attended Golden West College.

Maricela Gonzalez is the newest member at Beach Community Escrow I. She started May 17th, 2011. Maricela has 7+ years of escrow experience. As well as Kathy Cooper she strongly believes in quality customer service, reliability and hard work.
Outside of escrow, Maricela loves to spend time with her boyfriend and family. She enjoys trying new resturants, seeing movies and spending time outdoors. She was born and raised in Bell Gardens.
Valerie Flagg joined Beach Community Escrow II in 2010. Valerie has been in the escrow business for over 15 years and is a certified escrow officer. She continues her education and maintains her certification with escrow classes, real estate courses, and seminars conducted by the Escrow Institute of California and the California Escrow Association.
Outside of escrow, Valerie is married and has 2 children. She was born and raised in Long Beach, California. Valerie attended Long Beach Polytechnic and graduated with honors and then went on to graduate from Cal State Long Beach with a Bachelor in Business Management.
Lisa Garcia just joined Beach Community Escrow II in 2011 as Valerie Flagg's Jr. Escrow Officer. Lisa has been in the escrow business for over 15 years. She has also maintained her Notary Public certification and is a member of the National Notary Association. Lisa is a professional dedicated to exceptional customer service.
Outside of escrow, Lisa is a South Bay native, born and raised in Hermosa Beach who currently resides in San Pedro with her son. She is an active volunteer in her son's elementary school, specifically the reading and literacy program.
